Duncan Fegredo made his American comics debut with KID ETERNITY, a book he decided to paint in full color for no better reason than “everybody else was doing it.” It was followed by a number of titles crafted with writer Peter Milligan for DC Comics’ Vertigo imprint, including the critically acclaimed ENIGMA.
Fegredo has latterly collaborated with writer/artist Mike Mignola on his signature creation Hellboy, published by Dark Horse Comics, for which he has drawn the story arcs “Darkness Calls,” “The Wild Hunt” and “The Storm & The Fury.”
Their latest work together is The Midnight Circus, also from Dark Horse. A step outside comics saw Fegredo in the position of lead storyboard artist on the Darren Aronofsky film Noah, and more recently he co-created the Image Comics series MPH with writer Mark Millar.
Fegredo resides in the UK with his lovely wife, Diana, and a succession of snuggly cats.
